The most important thing about this holiday is to remember to go Trick-or-Treating at every chance you get! Two of the achievements require the items you get from the Treat bags, and you won’t be able to complete them if you aren’t diligent! You can Trick-or-Treat once an hour by talking to any Inn Keeper.
